Apprentice Applications
| **Note: Due to the requirement to log in to a profile within Certemy, apprentices must complete their own apprentice application. Apprentice applications completed by someone other than the apprentice will be rejected and deleted.** |
Please note: A background check must be submitted for all initial apprentice applications. A new background check must be resubmitted for any renewals or change of sponsor applications if the most recent background check completed is more that 6 months old.
Exam Registration

December 23, 2025 – Deadline to register for the February 2026 Exam
A “duly made application” shall be RECEIVED in the Board office by the end of the day.
March 23, 2026 – Deadline to register for the May 2026 Exam
A “duly made application” shall be RECEIVED in the Board office by the end of the day.
June 23, 2026 – Deadline to register for the August 2026 Exam
A “duly made application” shall be RECEIVED in the Board office by the end of the day.
September 22, 2026 – Deadline to register for the November 2026 Exam
A “duly made application” shall be RECEIVED in the Board office by the end of the day.
