About the Board


The Board is established to protect the hearing impaired public of North Carolina by registering, licensing, and regulating Hearing Aid Specialists. The Board regulates Apprentices, Licensees, and Registered Sponsors according to Chapter 93D of the North Carolina General Statutes and Title 21 Chapter 22 of the North Carolina Administrative Code.  Licenses are issued by the Board to qualified individuals who pass the licensing examination.

Dr. Anne Morgan Selleck

  • A physician practicing in North Carolina, preferably specializing in the field of otolaryngology
